Job Duties/Description:
* Deliver HR practices and programs to support business operations and provide day-to-day HR guidance.
* Develop and implement local HR policies and procedures.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including conducting investigations.
* Provide performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
* Oversee the annual performance review process in consultation with Executive Leadership.
* Guide business restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
* Manage compensation and benefit practices in collaboration with Executive Leadership.
* Maintain and update the Employee Handbook.
* Lead recruitment efforts for experienced personnel, college graduates, and interns.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including key responsibilities listed above.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to develop trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.
* Experience managing multiple priorities and HR issues effectively.
* Self-directed, motivated, and able to interact with employees at all levels.
